In this formula the perfumer is going quite synesthetic and through the choice of perfume materials and their interaction they reflect on how lava goes from glowing red to matte black and the change of physical state of matter, its temperature, texture and color.

The perfume starts with dusty pepper and icy bitter orange which then melt into leathery orange blossom flow until finally all sets into velvety plane of black velvety orris.

Notes: bigarade, bitter orange sorbet, black pepper essense, hedione, ink, leather, musk, orange blossom, orris (iris root).
