The chypre style, when it's a t-shirt one day and a winter coat the other. For a dark animalic interpretation of the theme try Marlow by Jardins d'Ecrivains, a decadent dusty dry oakmoss and resins encased in honeyed musky osmanthus. Also part of the upcoming Decoding Chypres edit and sample pack.
Top notes: osmanthus, tuberose.
Heart notes: apricot, myrrh.
Base notes: dark musks, labdanum, leather, oakmoss.
