Megalium by CARNER. This is lavish incense with a drop of rose. The perfumer followed an ancient Roman incense recipe (called Megalium). Rich citizens of the empire would burn that fragrant blend to indulge and to demonstrate their status (in a way this was a perfume equivalent of a Bentley).
Top notes: calamu, cinnamon, cinnamon tree leaves, mandarin.
Heart notes: Bulgarian rose, incense, nutmeg, pimento pepper, white pepper. Base notes: frankincense, myrrh, olibanum resin, opoponax, styrax.
