A whimsical, rich and fluffy treat inspired by choux à la crème pastry and “chouchou”, the French term of endearment. This cream puff perfume is conjured with accords of cocoa, caramel, vanilla cream and sandalwood. A spritz of citrus puts a little pucker in the sweetness.

A perfume with an indulgently playful heart, constructed around a rare powdery Tuscan Orris Root, with a flirtatious wink of velvety chocolate Cacao Bean. Seductive Moroccan Neroli and sensual Brazilian Bois de Rose is mated with a fiery Sichuan Peppercorn and earthy French Oakmoss. A mischievous and enigmatic perfume full of spirited beauty.

The word “agrani” in Sanskrit means a leader, a trailblazer, and this perfume embodies the life stages of a leader. A tribute to an icon and its amber-scented world – amber, ambar, alambre, ambra, ambrum, ambarum, Alambar. Built around a spiced cinnamon and honeyed vanilla heart of sublime quality, subtle tones have been amplified. Shimmering and slightly peppered bergamot reveals the full spectrum of the amber’s gourmand, floral, leathery and spicy notes. Its woody character is reinforced by addictive cocoa and the enveloping layers bring a warm mystical aura.

A gourmand perfume with an exotic twist. The core theme is bitter cocoa dusted with pepper. Even though we think of cocoa and chocolate as amlost the same sweet thing, cocoa powder on its own has more of an ambery, bitter woody and deep aroma rather than sweet chocolate vibes.

Perris took cocoa absolute and and styled it the Aztec way - no sugar, just the bitter tonifying glory.

Perfumer: Mathieu Nardin

Whrereas the EdP option smells drier and has plenty of puffs and mini explosions of black pepper, the extrait version of Cacao Azteque is much more animalic and naughty (perhaps heavier on cacao and sandalwood).

Perris are rebalancing each composition for the extrait version. They shift the focus from the top notes to the base raising the amounts of base ingredients to achieve a richer, more opulent and luxurious effect. Pure indulgence in the theme.
