Olfactory opulance conjures the Palace of Versailles in its heyday when Louis XIV and his Court would amble the Grand Orangery to delight in the flowering orange trees warmed by bonfires. This is a bright orange blossom with a warm, woody background, with notes of orange blossom absolute, pomegranate, honey and firewood smoke.

The bear prowls amongst resinous pine and fir foraging as he goes, his rich damp fur steams against his body heat. Iris and labdanum conjure a free and floral nature whilst fragrant cinnamon and ginger embody the dominating and ruthless presence. Edible honey and sweet vanilla add richness to this oriental, spicy and woody fragrance.

The Mediterranean freshness of the essence, whose citrus notes are accompanied by the sensuality of damask rose, sublimating in sinuous oriental echoes, is inspired by the colour that has made the frescoes of Pompeian domes famous and unmistakable all over the world.

The pigment obtained from the mineral cinnabar, Rossopompeiano, emblem of a part of the history the perfumer Agatho’s city, becomes a perfume.

Honey, rose and boozy vanilla combine in a delectable amber that turns sticky into licky. This eau de parfum blends an abundance of golden honey and the warmth of rum with an irresistibly addictive vanilla absolute. Damask rose and pink pepper unfolds into the warmth of tonka bean absolute and benzoin resinoid, beckoning anyone who approaches with seductive allure. Patchouli and orcanox adds further depth, revealing darker tones that envelop the room with a euphoric embrace.

A juicy, decadent take on tropical fruits, flowers and woods. Inspired by a modernist garden in the old city of Mêrida, Yucatán. The balmy air fills with the heady scent of champaca orchids, ripe guava, fresh ginger, jasmine sambac, Mexican vanilla and mahogany. A spritz of paradise.

The sun rises, flooding the great expanses of the plains, gracing the wilderness with a wash of pure light. The sky is clear. The air is fresh.

The fragrance opens with a luminous burst of citrus: tangerine (South Africa) and blood orange (South Africa). A bright heart of enveloping orange flower (Morocco) and zesty ginger (Nigeria) is supported by a woody base of cedarwood Atlas (Morocco).

Réserve en Afrique eaux de parfum feature responsibly sourced naturals, and are free from parabens, phthalates, UV filters and colorants. Their natural alcohol base is derived from beetroots, and they are a PETA-listed vegan & cruelty-free brand.

According to ancient religious scriptures, Mary mother of Jesus was informed of her destiny by the Archangel Gabriel when she was about 13 years old.
