The idea behind Oqachol or Ocean waves in Thai is golden ocean waves at sunset underneath there are deep dark water and sea creatures.

Oqachol rousingly opens with vigorous fruity deep green citrus with Osmanthus absolute, petitgrain mandarin, blackcurrant absolute, yuzu and violet leaf. Ayutthaya, the perfume, is a reference to the city’s hay day as the center of trade, culture and diplomacy in the East. Imagine the precious temple incense, spice markets against the back drop gun powder, and the eternal companion of wealth.

Inspired by the ‘white gold’ that appears occasionally on Scottish beaches and the alchemy of time & tide, The Grudge finds beauty in the unexpected: the journey of ambergris from the rectum of the sperm whale, rolled on the tide, retrieved from a beach and tinctured into a bottle. A metaphor for the alchemy of presence; forgiveness; peace.

Bright and refreshing with hints of sweetness. Classic cedarwood is paired with smokey inscense with enriching green tones of sandalwood hovering in the background. Gentle doses of castoreum works with beeswax to give a subtle warming effect that balances out the woody tones with a more leathery nuance.
